    In all, wasted about 20 minutes and accomplished nothing. Will be interesting to see if this review actually gets reviewed by BMO staff. Can't wait until I no longer have to deal with this branch!!

    First time dealing with this bank. Obtained an RRSP loan a couple of months ago and just called in at 9:50 am to make an extra 1 time lump sump payment against in addition to my regular loan payment. Had to wait 10 minutes on the line before a live person answered. Explained my situation and was told I would be transferred to someone who could help me. Instead I was put back at the beginning of their opening telephone recording response and had to wait another 5 minutes or so. Finally someone answered and after providing the usual information she said she could help me but would need to ask a couple of security questions. I assumed she had these questions on hand but was put back on hold and after 4 minutes or so, I had to take another call and just hung up.

    Pathetic, Biased, xenophobic. This branch is the worst ever. Will never recommend even to my worst enemy.
